Job Descrption
COMO Metropolitan London is an inner city property stripping back to the non-essential elements of a traditional hotel. The result is an urban retreat that is cool, accessible and sophisticated. COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.
What you will do;
• To maintain accurate records of the hotel Linen Inventory and assist in stock taking.
• To maintain and post accurate records of stocks uniform and discarded staff uniforms.
• To be in control of damaged and re wash linen items, and address issues accordingly.
• To process any dry cleaning items of bedding, curtains and upholstery.
• To repair any staff uniforms and... upholstery items where possible.
• Guest laundry and dry cleaning to process correctly, and report any defects or missing items.
• To ensure all maintenance tasks are reported to the maintenance department and a check done to ensure items are repaired. If not report to head/deputy housekeeper
• To ensure the valet area is clean and tidy at all times.
• To handle all complaints relating to the valet in a professional and courteous manner, forward any comments to the Duty manager
• To handle all enquiries relating to the valet efficiently and promptly deal with all requests
Who you are:
• A passionate individual who play close attention to detail
• Has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A communicator and collaborator
• A high level of organisational skills
