Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and vulnerable adults efficiently and safely to designated locations.

Responsibilities
• Transport passengers with SEND safely to and from school or designated locations.
• Assist passengers during boarding and exiting, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
• Provide care and support during the journey, addressing the specific needs of each passenger.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, caregivers, and staff regarding any updates or concerns.
• Manage challenging behaviours calmly and professionally, ensuring a positive environment.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely and safe travel.
• Report incidents or concerns promptly to the appropriate staff or management.

Requirements
Valid PCO Driver Licence Card

Valid PCO Paper Licence

Valid Vehicle with a Private... Hire Vehicle Licence

Clear enhanced DBS certificate

NI Number

Private Hire Vehicle Licence

Driving Licence

Insurance

MOT

Vehicle Logbook

Rental Agreement if logbook isn’t in your name
