Welcome to Paul Rhodes Bakery!
Located in the heart of Greenwich, we take pride in producing exceptionally high-quality baked products, made with passion, creativity, and care using traditional baking techniques whilst delivering an excellent service to our customers with every order.
We are currently looking for passionate and skilled bakers with experience in producing handcrafted bread to join our team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
• Prepare breads from our various ranges and other baked products.
• This will include mixing, scaling, shaping before baking.
• Ensure all products are made to the set quality standards and in line with daily orders daily.
• Monitor production in a consistent and professional manner.
• Manage high volumes.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area including utensils and equipment
Personal attributes & skills
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in baking.
• Ability to produce bread using manual and/or industrial processes.
• Knowledge of dough... preparation times and procedures and various baking techniques.
• Ability to operate electric bread ovens.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations for food preparation.
• Ability to multitask and plan

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
