I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for a prestigious company that operates four upscale venues in affluent areas of London, with more sites in the pipeline. My client is seeking a charismatic and passionate leader with a robust background in leisure and luxury, particularly within high-end venues. About the venue and company
• Luxury venues in London, leisure and members clubs

About the Operations Manager position – Must be in a similar role to apple
• Managing and controlling sales and profitability
• Implement a 5* service strategy
• Manage... payroll, H&S and other administrative duties
• Report to the Founders
• Overseeing all things related to the venue

The successful candidate
• Knowledgeable in Leisure & Luxury operations – leadership role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
• A leader with an eye for detail
• Previous experience in luxury, 5* hotel environment with Spa/Leisure management
