Daily Covers: Up to 250 per day during peak times
Brigade Size: 8-10 chefs
Report to: Head of Food

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and creativity.
• Manage a brigade of 8-10 chefs, ensuring high standards and effective team performance.
• Collaborate with the Head of Food to develop and implement innovative menus.
• Recruit, train, and mentor BOH staff, fostering a culture of excellence and career development.
