Job Description
In this role you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Lexington, our customer and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and driving excellent food standards across all provisions
• Controlling and managing a budget including presenting finance alonsgide the GM and Operations Manager
• To support client... relationships within the contract, delivering a partnered approach
• To drive and motivate your kitchen team, develop and nurture excellence, including succession planning
• Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
• Accountable for all things food within all areas of delivering
• To champion allergy management in all areas of the site
• To support excellent hospitality standards within the business including plans to improve week on week
• To lead and drive nutritious menus coupled with community likability
• Ownership of kitchen health and 5* food hygiene ratings
• To attend Company events to support your development and Company networking
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday plus
Skills and Experience
In this role:
• Proven Chef Manager or Exec Chef
• Genuine interest in customer service excellence
• Focused on the front line
• Proven team leader experience
• Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
• Previous experience within catering essential
• Educational catewring expereience essential
