This is a unique opportunity to work for a UHNWI family, where you will be responsible for delivering Michelin-level cuisine while managing a dedicated kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Michelin-starred restaurants and formal private households.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Create and execute a diverse menu that caters to various dietary requirements and preferences.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a thorough checklist.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among kitchen staff.
