Job Descrption
The Role: Our restaurant team is an integral part of our guest experience operation. They are responsible for delivering the highest level of service and overall experience to all of our patrons throughout each and every show.
Working Hours: Fixed Term Contract (inc. Both Fixed Hours and Zero Hours Available)
Employment Duration: This is a fixed-term position aligned with the duration of TGCF, Training will commence on the 21st October 2024 and contract run until early January 2025.
The Duties:
• Play a key role in a rapidly growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Bring enthusiasm to the immersive dining service, guiding guests throughout their journey, and maintaining the integrity of the immersive world.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a beautifully presented dining room and deliver an elegant service with the highest attention to detail and flair.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the dining experience for both guests and... team members.
• Accurately seating guests in a timely and friendly manner and delivering the welcome spiel at their table and liaising with Hospitality Supervisors on any seating issues.
• Working as a team to set up the Restaurant Floor for service before every event.
• Serving each course with poise and awareness of service time deadlines.
• Liaising with Guest Experience Supervisors and following procedures to ensure safe delivery of dishes to guests with allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements.
• Maintenance of Food Hygiene standards with pride in appearance and “in-world” uniform.
Role requirements:
Essential
• Comfortable with a physically fast-paced and high-pressure environment, whilst maintaining outstanding and graceful customer service, we serve up to 250 guests every show.
• Investment in the company’s journey, values and passion to grow an inspiring work culture.
• Strong sense of initiative with an ability to work independently and upkeep excellent standards
• Availability on weekends, evenings, late finishes and access to our West Kensington venue.
• Good command of English.
• FSA Allergen Training.
• 1 year’s experience in hospitality.
Desirable
• Interest in immersive theatre, music, dance, fine dining and Charles Dicken, A Christmas Carol.
