We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our Italian Restaurant team, specializing in the preparation of high-quality, authentic Italian cuisine in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will not only have a passion for food but also strong leadership skills to effectively manage the kitchen team.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 12 months of experience as a 5* dining chef in a similar restaurant or within the hospitality industry
• Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine, including expertise in Italian products such as cheeses, meats, oils, and wines, as well as advanced cooking techniques
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations within a kitchen environment
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Enthusiastic, with a desire to develop a successful career in high-end restaurants
• Dedicated and hardworking, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Experience collaborating with management to develop... seasonal menus
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Proven ability to manage inventory and control food costs
• Experience supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
