Hus London, a leading Chinese restaurant specializing in Shanghai and Jiangsu-Zhejiang cuisine, is seeking Kitchen Poters who are able to efficiently work in the kitchen. Our restaurant is located in the heart of Central London Holborn with one minute walk from Holborn Station.

Salary: £11.44/hour

shift schedule 10:00am - 23:00pm with 2 hours break.

What you will do:
• Cleaning: Keeping the Kitchen clean.
• Helping food preparation: prepare ingredients, assisting chefs or sous chefs. Making sure chefs have everything they need.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using manual and machine methods
• Ensure the kitchen and dishwashing area clean
• Dispose of trash and recycling following health and safety guidelines.
