Job Descrption
Our client is a well-established, Top 100 Pan European Private Equity Fund with offices in London and across key locations in Europe. Specialising in opportunistic acquisitions in Real Estate, Infra and other heavily asset-backed sectors, they have an extensive track record and a diverse, growing portfolio.

Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.

Due diligence, financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions.

Support the investment team in negotiating, structuring, closing and funding deals.

Monitor and report on all asset performance across the portfolio

Conduct market research to inform investment strategy

Be an active member in the on-going strategy for acquisitions and growth.

Real Estate, RE Finance, Economics (or similar) Degree from notable University

Two to four years' experience in Real Estate Funds, Investment Banking / Fund or other Asset-Backed investment houses.

Excellent financial analysis, excel modelling and attention to... detail and an interest in the legal aspects of investment deal structuring.

Significant interest in pursuing a career in asset-backed opportunities - Real Estate, Infra / Energy, asset-heavy businesses and/or financial assets.
