With multiple new locations in development, we are looking for a visionary Global Group HR Director to lead and shape the future of our people strategy on a global scale.
This role is perfect for a dynamic and strategic HR leader who thrives in an international environment, with a passion for building culture and driving growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional employee experience that aligns with our brand’s mission while overseeing HR operations across multiple regions. Fluency in English is essential, and a working knowledge of French is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a global people strategy that supports growth, fosters a strong organisational culture, and aligns with brand objectives.
• Lead and mentor regional HR managers, ensuring consistent HR practices across all... locations.
• Partner with the executive team to drive the global HR agenda and contribute to business strategy.
• Develop and champion a performance-driven culture with a meritocratic performance appraisal system.
• Recognise and reward top performers consistently, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Create and implement tailored training and career development programs to ensure the growth and retention of top talent.
• Lead the charge on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with international employment laws and stay ahead of regulatory changes in all operating regions.
• Develop innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain world-class talent.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a multi-site, international organisation, ideally within hospitality or a similar fast-paced industry.
• Deep knowledge of global employment law, with a focus on compliance in multiple countries.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support growth.
