Join Copper Consultancy as our HR and Talent Manager!

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for sustainability and positive change? Copper Consultancy is looking for an HR and Talent Manager to help us grow and support our mission of driving the transition to net zero through strategic communications. This role is essential to our business services team, and you'll work closely with the Head of People and Talent to lead recruitment, talent pooling, onboarding, and HR operations. This is a full time role hybrid role, working from our London office in Chancery Lane.

Your Role:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to screening candidates, creating job ads, and ensuring fair and inclusive hiring
• Maintain and update the HR system, ensuring data accuracy for payroll, leave, and more
• Oversee onboarding and induction for new hires, creating an engaging experience from day one
• Support managers with HR policies and employment... law advice, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR service
• Lead on HR reporting, data analysis, and ensuring processes run smoothly behind the scenes

Is this you?
• CIPD qualified or pursuing qualification
• Master’s in Human Resources
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Experience in employment law, recruitment, and HR best practices
• A passion for sustainability and positive change
