£As a Health & Safety Advisor/ Manager this role will be partly office based just outside London (near M25) but primarily will be covering sites around the London area.
As part of a wider group, this company carries out everything from demolition and remediation, through to RC frames and groundworks (plus more). Each of the packages this business complete range in value from £1m to above £50 million each and clients include a mixture of top residential developers and commercial main contractors.
Current group turnover exceeds £200m covering a variety of works including, demolition, remediation, groundworks, RC frames, and more. As an organisation they stand for excellence in every way from health & safety through to appearance on site. They have made health profit year on year, even while others have struggled with the wider economic issues over the past couple of years. They are standing out for all the right reasons, securing and delivering on some of the best projects in town, and they are still growing. To qualify for this role, applicants need to have worked for a rival Demolition, Groundwork, or RC Frame subcontractors in the UK in a similar or in this exact role before. Basic qualifications such as NEBOSH will be required and due to the working area, individuals will need to be based in or around London.
As our client is looking for long term / permanent employees, they also look for longevity of employment in applicant’s CV’s, so please be aware it will be a disadvantage if you can’t show stable periods of over a couple of years with each employer.
Specific salary will be negotiated on a case by case basis with experience and suitability taken into account. travel allowance OR company vehicle in addition to company benefits.
This role is open to self employed or PAYE payment methods.
