As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in sourcing top talent for Commercial, Product, and Data teams, while also contributing to broader talent initiatives. What can you expect to get up to:
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and... candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding of new hires.
• Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from diverse channels, while actively building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for key and high-demand positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to fully understand staffing needs, establishing strong partnerships and providing strategic hiring guidance.
• Lead initiatives beyond day-to-day recruitment, such as enhancing employer brand by effectively communicating the company's values, culture, and opportunities through job ads, branding materials, and networking events.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback to uphold the company's reputation as an attractive employer.
• Support the continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies by contributing to programs that enhance recruitment processes, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and overall hiring effectiveness.
• Leverage recruitment data and analytics to evaluate the performance of sourcing channels and strategies, providing regular reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
You will be a good fit if you have:
• Previous experience hiring for highly non-tech and tech roles.
• Ideally, you have experience working within a VC-backed environment.
• Evidence of successfully recruiting talent into a start-up with a high bar.
• Have operated in a scaling environment.
• Open learning mindset and fast learner, with a demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new and complex subject matters, new markets, areas, and business initiatives.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
