With no sign of slowing down, this is a fantastic time to join the team! We are seeking a CASS Controls Office - Associate to join our CASS Office. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that our firm complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and development of the UK entity CASS control framework
Assist in the development and maintenance of a strong culture of controls
Work with the CASS Officer to maintain the CASS documentation and policies
Assist in drafting analytical papers
Assist in the preparation of monthly MI reports
Preparation of CASS MI reporting
Assist in the preparation and review of FCA regulatory returns
Invitee to the CASS Committee
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a CASS officer/associate role within financial services, preferably within a CFD and Spread Betting firm
Expert understanding of the CASS regulations and the wider regulatory landscape
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A degree educated in a relevant subject is preferred but not essential.
