We are looking for responsible and detail oriented candidates who are interested in joining our Dealing Department in London as a senior dealer. This role requires experience from a similar position on a dealing desk within the CFD industry and the ideal candidate will be looking to take a step up, taking greater responsibility and ownership for their product set.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Managing the global trading books across various asset classes, ensuring compliance with risk policies and risk limits
Managing, optimising and implementing new pricing and liquidity strategies
Managing, optimising and implementing new risk management strategies designed to maximise profitability
Liaising and assisting with technical teams on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and pricing systems with a strong emphasis on automation of process and procedure
Liaising with sales personnel and acting as a product expert to support with trading related queries
Monitoring and analysing client trading activities and identifying difficult flow
Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
Act as a contact and relationship manager with our trading partners, brokers and counterparties
Keeping up to date with financial markets and conducting market research
Shift work (morning/afternoon/evening) with occasional weekend work may be required
About you:
Qualifications in quantitative field are desirable
Minimum 1-3 years experience working on a CFD/Spread Betting dealing desk required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of the CFD market landscape and competition globally
High level of numeracy and attention to detailHands-on mentality and ability to deliver without supervision
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes quickly
Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset and be able to deliver accurate results in a timely manner
Advanced MS Excel & SQL skills desirable
Python skills preferable
