About the job

As an IT Assistant, you will act as the first level IT support for local teams.

Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Implementing the Digital IT Strategy and organisational structures within the UKI cluster, ensuring that key priorities are met.

Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and KPIs as defined by local management and Digital IT for tickets logged & closed.

Collaborating with local leadership team on IT requirements within the business.

Ensuring the security of the company’s computer... systems and electronic data, the development and implementation of customized systems, and overseeing all computer-related activities.

Managing daily operations of network and server infrastructure within the business.

Supporting accurate and timely Digital IT budget processes in the company.

Investigating in case of technical failures and identifying and pursuing contingency planning options.

Acting as main point of contact for all existing suppliers and working with them to maintain an appropriate level of service.

Managing Stores’ CCTV installation and contracts and supporting store teams with investigations and reviewing of the CCTV footage.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

Minimum 2 years' experience in infrastructure technology, within retail industry

Excellent command of Microsoft platform; working knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus

Excellent planning and organising skills

Excellent English proficiency, and communication skills

Solution focused mindset

Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
