We are looking for a Process and Systems Engineer to be part of this transformative project. This role is essential in developing and refining the engineering processes and systems necessary to support the delivery of Sizewell C, aligning with our Programme Alliance Agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimise engineering processes for complex infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including the Civil Works Programme, Engineering teams, and our supply chain partners.
• Translate project requirements into effective and efficient processes.
• Continuously improve processes through the application of... advanced systems.
• Communicate and implement processes across the project team.
• Perform audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
• Qualified Engineer with multi-disciplinary experience.
• Strong background in Technical Assurance and certification, preferably ISO 9001.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with LEAN working practices is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Why Join Us?
At CWA, we believe in fostering a culture of positivity, respect, and solidarity. We value diverse perspectives and encourage the sharing of ideas and feedback.
