BAT UK is looking for a Supply Chain Digitalization Manager in London.

This role is meant to lead the Supply Chain digital transformation aligned to Global Strategic objectives, principally the deployment of the “Ultimate Control Tower” Concept across end-to-end supply chain to create fit-for-future organization. The Supply Chain Digitalization Manager will work towards improving the digital core & capabilities within Western Europe to drive excellence in connecting customers/demand and optimizing planning activities end-to-end to achieve an “Ultimate Control Tower-integrated into decision making” by ensuring effective collaboration across cluster supply chain teams, SNO, demand planning and Centre of... excellence teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Lead Ultimate Control Tower & Digitalization Journey for WE Supply chain via
• Developing & using new tools enabling automated end-to-end supply chain visibility with coordinated predictive and prescriptive analysis capabilities
• Integrating new way of working`s to core supply chain processes & procedures
• Conducting vital benchmark of way of working and suggestion of improvement tools
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identity gaps and build a pathway for the development and deployment of UCT and capabilities to ensure Supply Chain maturity progression vs plan.
• Lead agile project management meetings with internal and external partners ensuring effective delivery of the development and deployment workstreams within digitalization roadmap
• Lead capability building & organizational efficiency by mapping the new digital skills required at role profile level and developing/facilitating training programs across organization
• Explore new business cases using technologies/ concepts such as AI-Enabled decision making.
• Conduct necessary benchmarking reviews vs best practice operations (internal or external).
• Drive the development of individuals and teams by: acting as a role model and living the values, handling poor performance, coordination of training/education and coaching.
• Travel - required.

What are we looking for?

Experience Required
• Min. 3 years experience in CPG Supply Chain, ideally in multi areas e.g. logistics and planning.
• Experience in Project management principles and processes, ideally within digital transformation of supply chain.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
• Good breadth of Supply Chain knowledge (concepts and principles) across multiple fields: e.g. Planning, NPI, Logistics, Production, IWS.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in running change across multiple collaborator groups successfully.
• Experienced negotiation / influencing skills: ability to influence business partners as well as the ability to be bold if required.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Passion and strive for the development of people, processes, capability.
• Some exposure / experience in digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to identify optimisation initiatives: Savings, Cost avoidance, Cash, NCL.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
• Experienced Supply Chain professional
