Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and Maintain Cisco VCS-C, VCS-E, TMS, ISDN gateways, MCU, Conductor, and Client for video conferencing.
• Manage Digital Signage and device and content management for the same.
• Perform preventative maintenance to resolve problem or identify resolution to appropriate vendor or manufacturer.
• Troubleshoot AV/V problems last minute as required as well as non-critical situations.
• Coordinates with Customer staff to determine AV/V and basic infrastructure requirements for any new conference room or media design.
• Gathering of data from support procedures, customer ticketing system, and other sources. Ensure all conferencing spaces are presentable for use.
• Define and execute system health checks
• Provides support to clients in the assisted and independent use of audio-visual equipment to provide for high quality... communication of information during all types of conferences and meetings
• Assist on AV services during Town Hall meetings and multiparty video conferencing events.
• Manage vendor relationship and Service Level support with Third Party AV Conferencing providers.
• Manage and coordinate all Third-Party vendors associated with third party AV Conferencing Services.
• Recommend upgradation of video servers and end points whenever new images are available in Polycom
• Maintain the server and end points licenses, and inform to management ahead of time
• Perform Conferencing System testing and use testing procedures to validate that individual components and the overall system are working correctly.
• Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers specifications for all Conferencing Systems.
Qualifications and Experience
• At least 6-7 years of experience in A/V Implementation & support.
• experience on Cisco VCS-C, VCS-E, TMS, ISDN gateways, MCU, Conductor, and Client for video conferencing is must.
• Good knowledge and administration experience on Polycom infra platform
• Knowledge on ITIL process like SLA management with detailed understanding on classification of (P1, P2, P3, P4) Incidents(tickets), Change management.
• Videoconferencing experience including operation, call set-up and equipment troubleshooting (Cisco, Polycom, Microsoft Skype, etc.)
• experience in AV Control including Crestron, Extron etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• High troubleshooting skills to resolve Level 3 Incidents with probable solutions
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Additional Technology experience in below technology is desired.Video Communications
