We have been caring for beautiful private gardens in London since 1999. We require an experienced gardener to join us full time in a permanent role.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual, passionate about horticulture, who is looking for a long-term position and is keen to work as part of an enthusiastic team. We look after high end private gardens and pride ourselves on our long-standing clients and gardeners alike.

You will initially work with another experienced gardener to learn about our business and our clients’ gardens and will then move to manage your own round driving, and with responsibility for, your own company van. You will then work in a team of 2 or 3 gardeners. You will have excellent office support and work with like-minded individuals.

The prospects for this role are excellent for the right person.

Role:
• Managing cycle of horticultural tasks to fit within maintenance schedule.
• Managing the ongoing development of our clients’ garden
•... Liaising with clients and reporting feedback to the office
• Driving and day to day management of company van

Salary: Up to 34000 DOE

Benefits:
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays.

Applicants must:

-Have at least 3 years experience in a similar role

-Have excellent plant and horticultural knowledge

-Have good working knowledge of all aspects of garden maintenance to include but not limited to:
• Planting and plant care
• Pest control
• Pruning
• Irrigation systems
• Lawn work

-Have a clean UK driving license

-Have passion for what you do
