Job Type: Permanent
Main Developer clients are after a Technical Coordinator to join their UK Construction Special Projects Division.
The ideal candidate will have experience with RC frames, an understanding of groundworks and M&E in residential projects.
Will be responsible for the technical role on various sized projects, and sometimes multiple projects at the same time
Quality management
Produce design reports to help monitor progress
Promote and maintain professional relations with the client, consultants, adjoining owners, residents, subcontractors, and representatives from statutory authorities
Review and critique drawing information continuously throughout the project
Relevant Degree or diploma in industry related field, or working towards a degree
