Insurance Administrator Assistant

Key Responsibilities
• You will be doing general admin roles day-to-day. Answering client queries, 95% of which will be emailed based
• Filing client correspondence into the system, invoicing, updating quotation forms, and compliance checks
• Putting together pre-renewal changes on forms received buy clients, chasing up renewal instructions and aged debt
•... Reading and sending reports, filing, and staying on top of emails
• Providing support for the team
Requirements
• Experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Microsoft filing systems
• At least one year experience in Insurance, ideally in Private Clients
• Administrator experience
