Sales Manager Immigration Hr | Bug Free Immigration | Worldwide
Salary:
Base salary GBP 25,000 but potentially can earn up to GBP 50,000 based on performance.
Duties:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of client’s service managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your duties will include:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals
• Setting sales targets and motivating the team to achieve them
• Monitoring sales performance and providing feedback and coaching to team members
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
• Conducting online meetings with potential clients in English, presenting the product, and aiming to close deals
• Conducting introductory and onboarding meetings with new clients
• Providing daily service care for existing and potential clients
• Monitoring and... managing the client payment process
• Collaborating with Partners of the company to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
• Providing regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts
• Managing a team of sales/enquiries executives working on inbound calls, outbound calls, and sales pipelines to maximize business profit and engagement
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Phone etiquette: Excellent communication skills over the phone, including active listening and effective questioning techniques
• Supervising: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Administrative: Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software for sales reporting and analysis
• Organizational: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail in a dynamic work environment
• Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
• Social media sales skills, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Experience in data analysis, project collaboration, and performance reviews
• Ability to conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and maximizing business profit
• Proficiency in using report building and analysis software
