Position: Experienced Corporate Tax Solicitor (5+ years post qualification experience)
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Solicitor to join our highly regarded Corporate Tax team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms. The role involves providing expert advice on a range of UK and international tax issues, collaborating closely with other practice areas, handling tax disputes, and providing strategic advice on cross-border issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on corporate and transactional tax matters
• Offer strategic tax advice for real estate transactions, financing, and private equity investments
• Manage international tax matters such as transfer pricing, double taxation, and cross-border planning
• Assist clients with tax disputes, HMRC investigations, and... litigation
• Work on multidisciplinary projects and provide integrated tax solutions across different sectors
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years post qualification experience with significant experience in corporate tax law
• In-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and experience in advising on international tax matters
• Proven ability to handle complex transactional and advisory work
• Strong client management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Strong academic credentials and relevant professional qualifications
