A reputable firm in London are expanding their conveyancing department and an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor to join their team has come up.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience managing property caseloads.
• Knowledge of property laws, commercial awareness, and industry knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• In-depth understanding of the conveyancing property market in Central London is essential
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to meet targets
• Manage caseloads, transactions, and client expectations.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs and regulations; ensure accurate billing and fund distribution.
• Provide legal advice, draft documents, and supervise paralegals.
