Export Coordinator - Logistics at Pod Talent

Job Descrption
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for the company’s 70+ international distributors and partners, offering a seamless customer and delivery service.
This is a great opportunity that will allow you to be responsible for developing and implementing new processes with their logistics partners, leading meetings, analysing performance and reporting on a monthly basis to enable the company to meet demand.
Deal with customer order process and be a key point of contact for all international customer order queries
• Work closely with the production planning team to ensure orders are produced and delivered on time
• Manage the day-to-day relationships with hauliers and freight forwarders, manage customer service issues and trending failures and improve processes
• 2+ years experience in customer service/logistics
• Strong Excel skills... and previous experience in order management
