Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced AOG person for busy growing privately owned Freight Forwarder based in Heathrow area.

Job Description:-
• Dealing with AOG's shipments (start to finish)

For Exports:-
• Preparing Export consignments for shipping, ensuring all consignments depart from the UK in accordance with the client's requirements.
• Handle and monitor all consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
• Completing MAWB's and HAWB's
• Completion of NES Customs entries
• Issuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
• Dealing with overseas agents.
• Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal & external departments accurately and efficiently.
• Liaising with Airlines, GSA's and Handling Agents
