Uniserve is a leading provider of logistics solutions, offering a comprehensive range of services to clients worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Airfreight Import Operator to join our team at our Heathrow facility.

Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Import Management: Handle airfreight imports from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Origin Coordination: Arrange shipments with overseas agents and suppliers.
• Customs Clearance: Coordinate customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Delivery Coordination: Arrange delivery of shipments to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of airfreight import processes and procedures.
• Excellent customs clearance knowledge and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic mathematical... skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
