Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Operations Sales and Admin Manager to join our team at Wutian Martial Art. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our martial arts club, catering to both kids and adults, achieve sale target and grow the company.
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and bubbly personality, with a passion changing kids life and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our members and achieving daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote membership and programs.
- Engage with potential members in person, providing information and encouragement to join our community.
- Responsible for ensuring the club's financial success and profitability.
- Operational Oversight:
- Ensure the daily operations of the club run smoothly, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Perform regular stock checks and manage inventory for... equipment and supplies.
- Social Media Management:
- Update and maintain the club’s social media platforms to engage with our community and promote events and programs.
- Member Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with parents and children, addressing behavioral concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation and growth.
- Staff Management:
- Train and mentor staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Create staff timetables and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the club.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Oversee the cleanliness and safety of the center, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, operations management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for working with children and adults.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles is a plus.
- Previous experience in a martial arts or fitness environment is preferred but not required.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Duties
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as necessary.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
