Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving sales initiatives. This role demands excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach (phone calls, emails, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
• Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategic sales plans tailored to specific markets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt business strategies... accordingly.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Present the company’s products/services to prospective clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Negotiation & Closing:
• Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to meet sales goals.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure offerings align with market needs.
• Reporting & KPIs:
• Track and report on business development metrics (e.g., sales pipeline, conversion rates).
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
Business Development & Client Relationships:
• Lead efforts in client acquisition, retention, and development, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the firm’s client base and service offerings.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 02 year of leadership experience in in business development, marketing, and business management.
• Experience in Social Media content creation is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in business development within the UK professional services sector.
• Strong understanding of Business Development, Digital Marketing, sales, and Public Relations.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with Vietnamese clients.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must have an international background, with a strong understanding of Vietnamese culture.
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English. Preference will be given to candidates born in Vietnam with deep cultural understanding.
• Residency in the UK, with the ability to travel as needed for business meetings and events.
Work Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Salary: £39,000/year
