The role: Join our On-Trade Managed Team as a Key Account Manager, where we embrace dream big and take ownership of our successes. In this role, you'll manage key strategic accounts in the UK On-Trade, building and maintaining strong relationships with customer contacts. You'll be responsible for creating and executing contact strategies, developing compelling commercial proposals, and negotiating to achieve exceptional results. With a focus on... customer-centricity, you'll ensure high standards and discipline in internal processes. We're seeking a BBG ambassador with leadership qualities to drive success and embody our culture within this crucial segment of the business. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for account managing multiple customers including Bourne Leisure & Hilton Hotels delivering a budget consisting of 2.3MGBP net revenue & c30khl Potential line management of 2 x TAEs Full CPT and P&L responsibility, accountable for accurate tracking, forecasting, mix-management and managing of investments. Requirement to deliver growth through various means; tendering for new business, activating to drive rate of sale and improve mix, and tendering to defend the base. Sell effectively, and then negotiate effectively, in order to achieve the most profitable and secure agreement for BBG whilst delivering solutions for customers. Effectively lead a virtual team to deliver for your ledger; including trade-marketing, category management, tech sales and brands dispense. Execute the 1YP, budget and gap close cycles in the calendar year, defining and implementing a compelling strategy with the support of the National Account Manager.
