GEM Environmental Building Services have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join the team. This is due to the growth of the business and our ongoing relationships with new and existing clients. This role requires someone with an M&E or Gas background with Contracts Manager experience ideally having worked with council boroughs.
Responsibilities
The Contracts Management role will require the candidate to conduct, negotiate and run their contract under the supervision and support of the team, carrying out all required financial and contractual aspects.
The candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with our clients and team members, liaising with third parties to ensure safe delivery of the utilities programme.
Supporting change and encouraging continuous improvement to better working practices and processes ensuring GEM meets the needs of its customers and clients.
Knowledge/Skills and Experience
Must have knowledge of Building... maintenance services/engineering associated with commercial heating repairs and installation works.
Experience working within a social housing experiment and working to deadlines in a busy office environment.
Must have leadership skills, be a great communicator, fast learner and competent in Microsoft suite. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, prioritise, coordinate and multi task.
