Our goal is to be the all-in-one analytics platform that customers of all sizes need to create better experiences - We will deliver solutions for 4 core propositions; Digital Experience Analytics, Digital Experience Monitoring, Product Analytics and Voice of Customer. These solutions will be presented to, and used by our customers in such a way that they promote up-selling and cross-selling of products by ensuring customers get real additional value from the interconnection of the solutions and use cases. This platform is meant to serve customers of all sizes (SMB, mid-market and enterprise) and will support our Product Led and Sales Led growth motions.
The Vice President of Design will play an important role in shaping the future of our platform, and be a key leader in the organization. They will provide a vision and guide teams in creating a seamless and intuitive user experience.
This position will be reporting to Lucie Buisson, our Chief Product Officer, and will have an impact at the group level of ContentSquare. This means working on the Design strategy of the three companies who are part of the group: ContentSquare, Hotjar and Heap, finding synergies and ways to bring all companies together.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and inspire a global and cross-functional teams of Product Designers, Content Designers and Design System Managers (40 people).
- Lead the transformation of our user experience into a single platform.
- Develop and nurture a product design culture within the organization.
- Create and execute a comprehensive design strategy, that aligns with our company's strategic goals, serving both Product and Sales Led growth motions.
- Drive the team in consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all the product lines when delivering experiences, including implementation of best practices, guidelines, and/or the evolution of the design system.
- Be a part of the Senior Executive team, collaborating closely with counterparts in Product Management, Engineering, Product Analytics, Customer Research, Marketing and Sales.
Who we're looking for
- Experience in senior leadership positions in Product Design, in customer-facing products (Web and Mobile) in large and global scale.
- Experience and desire to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, with high focus on growth, trust and transparency.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing Product Design strategies that drive user adoption and growth through a product-led approach.
- Experience with all phases of user-centric design methodology, using data to assess and inform decisions.
