Wild by Tart is a neighbourhood restaurant set within a multipurpose space. Housed in a former power station and coal store, the 9,000 sq. ft site light filled space combines a restaurant, bar, coffee kiosk, retail store, events space, and photography studio. We work with the best suppliers using seasonal, British produce wherever possible.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Manager or Head Host to develop their career within an established brand under forward-thinking and supportive management.

As our team continues to grow and develop, we are looking for ax experienced Reservations Manager to assist in delivering great service with a focus on maximising covers and booking in large groups in the restaurant, while also contributing positively to the overall culture and atmosphere of the restaurant. The right candidate will have... a passion for hospitality and the ambition to continue to develop their knowledge and grow in their career with us.

What we look for:
• Minimum 1 year Reservations Manager or Head Host experience, with solid knowledge of the London hospitality industry and restaurant operational systems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write personable and professional emails
• Meticulous organisational skills with great attention to detail, and able to prioritise a demanding workload
• A passion for great food, service, and people
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Enjoys new challenges and has the ability to inspire others
• Level-headed and consistent in nature
