We are delighted to be looking for a new Central Reservations Manager here at Gaucho Restaurants:

As Central Reservations Manager, you play a pivotal role in our business; guests and colleagues rely on you to deliver exceptional results. The Reservations team is the heart of the business, and the Central Reservations Manager is an ambassador for the team both internally and externally and you will be a hands-on manager who leads from the front and can drive a quality guest experience through our reservations team.

You are able to build, manage and inspire a fast-paced reservations team and function, utilising the technology we have in the business to drive the day to day bookings for the business. The Reservations Manager role consists of managing all communication for individual bookings across the restaurant group and requires exceptional knowledge and experience in multi-site operation, with strong communications skills and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience... and booking processes. You are responsible for operating the book during service to maximize covers, generate walk-in trade and achieve set targets.

You will be a hands-on, natural leader, passionate about leading your team to success across the whole week, with strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate to deliver a ‘best in class’ guest experience.

Who are we looking for?
• Able to manage and inspire a fast paced central reservations team.
• Proactive and resourceful with excellent attention to detail
• Have a strong understanding of how the reservations team impacts the success of sales across the business
• Strong communicator and ability to manage expectations of key stakeholders.

Role specifics:

Hours: 40 per week – must be able to work evenings and weekends. (not every week)

Place of work: Head Office in Bank, London

Salary: Up to £55k per year depending on experience + annual bonus scheme.
