SC Cleared Acquisition Safety & Environmental EngineerDuration: 8 months+Our client requires an Acquisition Safety and Environmental Engineer for an initial 8-month contract, on a hybrid basis. Candidates will need an active SC Security Clearance.Working in the Safety and Environmental delivery team, our client is looking for someone who has previously worked in Defence Land domain, advising on the safety programme to produce safety artefacts to time and quality requirements.Practitioner level experience of DE&S safety management systems and processes (POSMS).Practitioner level experience of leading land safety management tasks.Practitioner level experience (Plan creation and update) of:Safety and Environmental Management Plans.Safety Case / Safety Case Report.Hazard identification and assessment.Operation of safety review meetings.Defence Safety Management and Environmental Protection Planning.Defence Regulations (DLSR).Working in Defence LandFault and Event Tree (FTA / ETA).Safety... arguments (CAE / GSN).Knowledge of applicable legislation, regulation and standards and defence policy.Current SC Security clearance is required for the role and no sponsorship can be offered.
