Location: LONDON (WFH 2/OFFICE 3 Days)

Job Summary:

This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a growing marketing team. The Head of Go-To-Market Strategy will lead the development and execution of B2B go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and market leadership for Fundpath. This role demands a strategic visionary with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to craft and implement strategies that align with company objectives and respond to market dynamics. This role will lead the team translating marketing briefs into campaigns and executing using technology and insights to achieve growth into new and existing markets, and building loyalty with Fundpath. They will be responsible for devising, tracking, delivering and measuring integrating marketing solutions with a real focus on ROI.

What you will be taking responsibility for:
• Strategic Planning - Develop and oversee the execution of... comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive product launches, market expansion, and revenue growth
• Market Insights - Lead rigorous market analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
• Positioning and Messaging - Define and refine the strategic positioning and messaging of products and services to ensure differentiation and alignment with market demands.
• Marketing Alignment - Align go-to-market strategies with broader business objectives, overseeing the development and delivery of marketing activity across the key strategic campaigns and programmes.
• Cross-Functional Strategy - Partner with key stakeholders to ensure effective execution of the go-to-market strategy, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.
• Performance Metrics - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives to capture market share, enhance competitive positioning, and drive sustainable growth.
• Reporting – Reporting, data management , creating KPIs and proof of ROI for lead to sale, managing insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments.

What qualities are we looking for:
• Proven experience in strategy development, market analysis, go to market, or related fields, with a significant portion in a leadership role focused on strategic growth.
• Demonstrable success in developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, with experience presenting complex strategies to executive teams. Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive strategic initiatives
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services, particularly across financial data, asset management and wealth management is preferred. Exposure to the SaaS or FinTech environment also an advantage.
