The Role:

As the Content Creator, Influencer Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with top creators and influencers who have the potential to be signed and invested in by the agency. You'll play a key role in building relationships with emerging talent and helping them navigate the opportunities within this rapidly expanding space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and scout promising creators and influencers to join the agency's talent roster.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with influencers across various platforms.
• Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy, ensuring the agency is always engaging with... cutting-edge talent.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for signed creators.
• Manage and oversee talent pipelines, ensuring the agency invests in high-growth potential influencers.
