The founder of House of GPA requires a social media and content creator to be in charge of all the social media accounts. You’ll be energetic, highly organised and obsessed with all things social and marketing. Experience with Instagram and TicTok is a must.

The accounts you will start content creating for is gymnastics, beauty and holistic.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Social Media, Content Creating and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at House of GPA. This role will encompass end-to-end management of our social media platforms posting engaging content that resonates with our audience and grows our following and online community. The ideal candidate will have a blend of advanced social media marketing capabilities (i.e. understands social algorithms, reporting, social trends etc). You will be based in our shop.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth... across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics, and interactive elements, to drive audience engagement, foster community interaction, and promote brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to conceptualise and produce high-quality video content.
• Utilise storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives and emotional connections through video, effectively conveying the values, mission.
• Stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithms, platform updates, and emerging technologies to optimise content performance, maximise reach, and stay ahead of the competition.
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics and video performance analytics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for content optimisation and strategy refinement.
• Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and interactions, fostering a sense of community, building relationships with followers, and addressing inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with coaches, players, parents, and other stakeholders to capture authentic and compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand values.
• Manage social media video production logistics, including scheduling shoots, coordinating locations, securing permissions, and organising equipment, to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of content.
• Edit and post-process video footage using advanced editing software, applying creative effects, transitions, and graphics to enhance visual appeal, storytelling impact, and brand identity.
• Maintain a cohesive brand presence and voice across all social media channels and video content, ensuring consistency in tone, style, messaging, and visual aesthetics.
• Stay proactive and adaptive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively, while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and video editing.
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and advertising capabilities, with hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Confident in using video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience working with a podcast and helping to drive online engagement of a podcast
• Strong storytelling abilities, creative mindset, and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and emotional connections through video and social media content.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics, identify insights, and optimise content strategies for maximum impact.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, engaging content, and high-quality video productions.

Pay: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
