The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects for Cosonas and its clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and hands-on execution to ensure that marketing objectives are met effectively and... efficiently.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
1. Lead Generation (Liaise with the Sale Department)
• Content Creation & Distribution: Develop and distribute high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, videos) that addresses pain points and attracts potential leads.
• Landing Page Optimization: Regularly review and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Email Marketing Campaigns: Create and send targeted email campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and driving conversions.
• PPC & Paid Social Campaigns: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) and social media ad campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
• Lead Magnet Development: Create and promote lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, webinars) to capture leads’ contact information.
• Lead Tracking & Reporting: Monitor lead generation metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Social Media Management
• Content Planning & Posting: Develop a content calendar and schedule regular posts across all social media platforms to ensure consistent engagement.
• Engagement & Community Building: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Participate in relevant discussions to build a community.
• Social Media Advertising: Run and optimize social media ad campaigns to increase visibility and attract new followers.
• Performance Analysis: Track social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates) and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and reach out to influencers or industry partners for collaborations to expand reach.
3. Visibility & Brand Awareness
• PR Outreach: Draft and distribute press releases, pitch stories to media outlets, and follow up with journalists to gain media coverage.
• SEO Optimization: Work with the content team to ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines, including on-page SEO and backlinking strategies.
• Event Planning: Organize and promote webinars, online events, or workshops that showcase the company’s expertise and attract potential leads.
• Partnership Development: Identify potential partners and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives or co-branded content to increase reach.
4. Client Strategy & Management
• Client Strategy Development: Work with clients to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with their goals.
• Campaign Execution: Implement and manage marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring they meet their objectives.
• Performance Reporting: Provide clients with regular updates and reports on campaign performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Others
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote the company's products/services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, and share insights with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and marketing automation platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
• This is a strict office-based role, and you will be required to commit to working from our office during your scheduled hours.

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour
