Description

We're seeking a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to spearhead our digital initiatives and optimize our online presence. This role involves overseeing various digital marketing activities, SEO strategies, and website enhancements to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll lead the development and implementation of digital marketing policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage and execute website development projects, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
• Take charge of technical aspects including Website/CMS governance and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
• Develop SEO strategies to increase website traffic and achieve high-ranking placements in search engine results.
• Conduct... keyword research and generate web statistics reports to inform decision-making.
• Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to derive insights and optimize performance.
• Enhance customer journeys on our website through data-driven insights and improve website visuals and banners to enhance user experience.
• Explore and capitalize on new online media opportunities, such as social media platforms.
• Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
• Monitor company website performance and recommend improvements using web analytics software.
• Stay abreast of current digital trends and industry developments.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Proven experience managing websites for international B2B companies.
• Strong technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Prior project management experience, preferably with software like Asana.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally integrating with WordPress.
• Self-driven with a high level of motivation.
• Ability to stay updated with evolving digital trends.
