Fidelity Fulfilment, a leading provider of logistics, supply chain, and fulfilment solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Head of Marketing to join our leadership team.
About The Role
As the Group Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
You will lead a talented team of marketers across multiple regions, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Your expertise will be instrumental in strengthening our brand presence, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring our continued success.
This is a fantastic opportunity with the ability to work from home regularly. Attendance in our Daventry office is required a couple of times a month, with occasional international and domestic travel with overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement... a global marketing strategy that supports our business objectives
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
• Strengthen our brand presence through effective messaging and campaigns
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Design and implement customer engagement strategies
• Manage internal and external communications
• Oversee marketing budget and resource allocation
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
Our Ideal Candidate Should Have
• Significant experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or fulfilment industries
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and customer engagement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
This role is open to remote/hybrid working with occasional attendance to our Daventry Head Office 2-3 times a month.
