Working As A Junior Community Manager At Malaberg
• Collaborate closely with our marketing department... to create lively, engaged communities around our brands
• Engage directly with our audiences, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty
• Monitor conversations across social media, forums, and other platforms, contributing to the positive growth of our community presence
• Get in-house mentoring and pursue growth opportunities
• Receive a competitive base salary - with room for rapid progression

• Psychological Interest You can put yourself in the shoes of the community members, understanding their needs, habits, and behaviours
• Extreme Ownership You are comfortable with owning your own projects and taking initiative
• Previous Experience Ideal for recent graduates and juniors with up to 2 years of experience. Any exposure to managing social media for a brand, project - or personal initiative that highlights your passion for digital marketing - is a plus.
