Requirements
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in PR, Communications, or a
related field, with a proven track record of managing press offices and
media relations,
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
fields,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels,
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are an asset but not essential,
• Excellent social skills and the ability to manage interpersonal relationships effectively,
• High attention to detail and creative sensitivity,
• Ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
• Availability to travel occasionally,
• Strong team player with a multicultural mindset,

• As a PR Specialist (Manager) at Fever, you will be at the forefront of our communications strategy, playing a pivotal role in achieving our objectives,

• You will lead a dynamic press office, manage complex communications challenges, and build strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists,
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to content creation, media relations, and event coordination,
• Press Office Management: Oversee a busy press office, developing and managing approvals for news releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and related materials.Ensure a regular cadence of content that effectively tells Fever’s corporate story,
• Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate content across paid, earned, and owned channels, ensuring it aligns with Fever’s brand and communication objectives,
• Event Organization: Coordinate and organize special events for press and influencers, ensuring maximum visibility and impact,
• External Communications: Develop and execute external communications programs, collaborating with national and local media outlets across the region,
• Crisis Management: Successfully navigate and manage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges,
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and relevant journalists, ensuring regular opportunities for Fever’s leadership team to engage with the press,
• Spokesperson Management: Select, train, and accompany spokespeople to media engagements, ensuring they effectively represent Fever’s messaging,
• Competitor Analysis: Produce competitor reviews, research, performance reports, and recommendations to inform strategic decisions,
• Daily Media Engagement: Maintain daily contact with journalists, respond to media inquiries, and proactively pitch stories and ideas to media outlets
