Reporting to: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: Hybrid role with 2 days in our Handforth office each weekSalary & Benefits: Competitive Basic Salary plus comprehensive benefits offering.About your role:As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role for both executing & optimising digital marketing activity, which will be key in driving the brand and awareness of Pets.You will help develop marketing campaign strategies in conjunction with the digital marketing team & wider marketing department, as well as be responsible for digital marketing activity via a range of digital channels including SEO, PPC, paid social and display, and guiding your team to implement in a timely manner across the marketing activity calendar.You will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders within marketing and being a key contact for the brands which will ensure they work effectively to support the execution of integrated campaigns.About your responsibilitiesIn this role, to achieve the... overall above purpose, you will:Create and implement a campaign planner working across the organisation to develop campaigns and content in line with the overall strategyBe a key contact across the digital marketing team – supporting them with clear briefs and monitoring their costs against budget agreedWork with internal stakeholders and content team to ensure the campaign calendar is up to date and digital marketing activity is executed efficientlyBuild & optimise paid media campaigns across PPC, Paid Social & Display channels, supported by channel specialists.Research and identify key audiences for campaigns to promote products and services which drives membership acquisition and commercial revenueWork with the SEO Specialist to own and optimise SEO strategies across the Pets Group, driving rankings, traffic, and lead generation within Google guidelines.Drive content and off-page strategies through keyword research and collaboration with developers.Analyse marketing campaign performance by channel, on impact and return on investment, supporting reporting across channels including; PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display & affiliates.About You - knowledge, skills, and experienceIdeally, you will bring to this role:It is essential that you have digital marketing experience, ideally gained within a retailer or a digital agencyGood knowledge of PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Social, DisplayKnowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools & Meta AdsYou’ll have a good understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practiceDesirable, but not essential:Experience in utilising CRM data within acquisition channelsCIM or Digital Marketing qualificationMeta experienceGoogle Analytics AcademyWebsite migration experienceIf this sounds like you, we would love to speak further.
