Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media & Content Project Manager who is creative, visual, strategic, organised, analytical, passionate and loves working in a team to join our fast growing luxury leather goods brand. With Social Media being the window to our brand, this exciting and dynamic opportunity requires initiative, creative thinking, and the ability to be nimble whilst also being strategic. Reporting to our Editor, this is a key position on the brand team with two areas of ownership, closely interlinked.

Duties & Responsibilities

Social Media
• Works closely with our Editor to translate the season’s campaigns to our social media channels. (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Possesses a strong eye to create a compelling content for each channel
• With social media as the window to our brand, this role is key within the organization and thus the ability to work as a team is paramount. This role works closely with our Art Director, Creative Director and Editor on... artistic expression; our Customer Director on commercial feedback; Customer Care on any in platform inquiries; Brand Marketing to leverage press, events and other brand happenings; our Digital Marketing Manager to align campaigns across the platform; and our Graphic Designer to create any special assets required.
• Drives team communication around social, sharing any updates and learnings to leverage
• Proactively drives the growth of organic social channels, including engaging with our audience daily and answering questions and comments in line with the brand’s tone of voice
• Prepares and presents weekly and seasonal performance reports to develop go-forward strategies
• Drives innovation with a deep understanding of social channels and up to date on industry and platform trends
• Curates IG Shop based on merchandising direction and assist in maximising each channel’s shopping functionality
• Copywriting for captions is optional, the focus of this role is visual

Creative Project Manager
• Supports the Art Director and Creative Director to produce all creative content, including photoshoots, our bi-annual zine, and print collateral. As this role is key in utilizing our content on Social Media, we want this person to be closely tied to the creation itself.
• Has a strong understanding of the content creation process to manage the various moving parts and understand how to look creatively at making decisions and priorities
• Has strong negotiation skills and experience in managing budgets
• With strong project management experience, this person is very organized and process-driven with a strong ability to lead a team.
• Will oversee the creative production from pre-production through post-production and ultimately presenting the assets to the wider team

Essentials Skills & Qualifications
• Creative, passionate, organised and collaborative
• A self-starter who takes great pride in their work and loves to work in a team
• Strong passion for brand and social media
• Ability to pivot and leverage opportunities with strong work ethic and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
• Proficiency in social media planning and analytical tools
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Right to work in the UK
