• Taking online and telephone bookings - Candidate has to have good Spoken / Written and verbal English skills.
• Ensuring that the clinic runs efficiently across both our locations
• Responsible for answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting clients at the clinic
• Ensure appointments and invoices are updated regularly on respective software
• Ensure that the team have what they need to run effectively, including office / medical supplies.
• Ensure all clinical internal data, any contractual and patient’s information and reports are kept within a strict level of confidentiality
