Job Descrption

Lens Cutting and Fitting: Accurately cut, shape, and fit lenses into frames using specialized equipment, ensuring they meet prescription and quality standards.

Lens Inspection: Inspect lenses for defects, ensure proper alignment, and verify that lenses match the patient’s prescription.
Frame Adjustments and Repairs: Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs to ensure a comfortable and correct fit for patients.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control by checking each completed order to ensure it meets company and industry standards before delivering to patients.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring that all machinery is in good working condition and reporting any technical issues promptly.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage lab supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for lenses, frames, and other necessary materials.Patient Support: Interact with patients directly, assisting with frame adjustments, dispensing eyewear, and... providing advice on lens care and maintenance, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the optometrists, optical advisors, and other team members to ensure the timely delivery of eyewear and a smooth patient experience
